This was difficult to watch in parts, but it was a very well movie and affected me in a powerful way.

I think that this movie affected me more because I could relate to the deep grief that Edee was experiencing. I understood why she wanted to withdraw from the world. The scenery was beautiful. I also enjoyed the story about the hunter helping Edee and accepting the boundaries that Edee imposed. I don't think that this movie is for everyone, though.
