I have not finished watching the show yet. But from what I have watched so far this show seems to have many unnecessary scenes. Offred is constantly crying and her scenes are highly overdramatized. They zoom directly in her face. Whenever Offred is talking with other characters she is very emotional and will constantly repeat-the same lines throughout the scene. The dramatization makes me not want to finish the series. I also have little to no connection with Offred so these are so boring to me. Producers did a terrible job at making me having a connection with Offred. They expected me to have a relationship w her but I don’t at all. Sorry for the long rant but I would recommend to keep reading! I am more interested in things that have to do with Gilead overall. Some scenes are really good though. For instance, the show still leaves me with some unexpectancy that is encouraging me to stick around until the end. I am never one to write reviews in the middle of watching a tv series but I felt I had to for this show. The Offred scenes are way too much. As I was writing this review, I just finished season 2. Terrible Ending to the season!!!!!!!!
