Fandango double charged me for movie tickets. After the movie I went to dinner pulled up my bank account to find the double charge. I called them they said they'd be put in a ticket to a supervisor. Less than 24 hours later I got an email saying rhey would not refund me for the double charge, stating that I needed to call before showtime to be refunded. The problem is THEY screwed up and double charged me. I didn't just buy a ticket and not ho. So I disputed the charge with my bank and will be getting my money back and Fandango will never see another dime from our family. Upon looking on facebook this is not an isolated incident. Tons of customers for wearing reasons not being refunded for something that isn't their fault. I even saw one where the guy is theater caught fire and they couldn't physically show the movie fandango told him "sorry no refunds" Screw Fandango
