Very disappointing. The series was disjointed and incoherent. It was more an attempt to push a political agenda than to entertain, or enlighten.
Fentenyl was not the problem for that time period. PCP, cocaine, weed, and heroin were more of an issue.
The white guy in the wheelchair had a Mexican wife and children fluent in Spanish yet he seemed to not speak a word of anything but English. And, seemed to border on being a bigot. His character made no sense. The insinuation that he was responsible for his wife's suicide is ludicrous.
The prison was white to the point of absurdity. Never saw a prison so white. None of the prison scenes were close to anything real. Plus, a person not convicted of a crime would not await trial in prison. He would be held in county jail. Prisons are for the convicted.
This series was an embarrassment and waste of time.
