REPOST cause this man nailed the explanation! This game is god tier. Played it when i was 11 and terrified…amazing experience to come back! This game is fantastic In about every way. It doesn't freak you out to the point of wanting to stop playing it but it gets pretty close to that some times. Honestly, I just started playing it all these years later thinking that the graphics would probably be pretty horrible compared to today's games, but I was really surprised with how excellent they are for a 2008 game. They really took there time on this game to get it right. The atomspherics are great, the gameplay is great, the mechanics are great for there time for sure. The enemies are fantastic and weapons and various skills you use to kill them are really fun to work with because there is multiple options for any given situation. I really haven't found anything to complain about yet. I'm really stoked that I haven't played deadspace 1, 2 or 3. I have the Xbox game pass and will play all 3 before the new dead space remake comes out next month at this time. Really excited to see what they have done with the remake. If you are thinking about this game and not sure, trust me get it, you will love it.

Watched my brother play it when i was 11 and played it myself…to jump back into it around 15 years later and look exactly how you remember with more added was amazing…10/10
