Was it at some points predictable, yeah. Was it slightly more unrealistic than the first movie, yeah. Was it a jaw dropping, entertaining thrill ride that hit you with every emotion in one film, Heck Yeah! It is Tom "Mission Impossible Maverick" Cruise's best film in my honest opinion. Navy recruiting just got another boost. Top Gun is not a movie to be analyzed for accuracy it is a Thrill Ride to be enjoyed! It is a must see in theaters for the full experience. I did not see it on Imax, but now I want to!
