This book was very inspiring for me because it provided some strategies I had not heard before for personal growth and changing paradigms of how we think. I love the one percent rule and the do more do less and stop doing things thought process. The stories are interesting thought-provoking as well as motivating. Erik has woven a practical guide to improving your life with insightful stories and challenges the thought process that causes you to want to jump on board the self improvement train which we all can do. I give this book a five star rating.
