After True Beauty put me into a depression with the (in MY. OPINION.) awfully paced story, questionable (in. MY. OPINION.) toxic behavior, and horrible ending, Mr. Queen has restored my faith in dramas. This show is extremely enjoyable with a mix of everything. All the actors and actresses portray their roles wonderfully. Overall a good show to down your rice with.

Honestly, I'm watching for the big bad wolf Hao Du and little white bunny Le Yan CP lol. Ship them so much.

You really got to love this drama. praise for both main leads. Especially the actor. Li Chen Yin is such a complicated character to portray. Too many layers of this character. From the sunshine Gu Xiao Wu, to the traitor Gu Xiao Wu, to fake dumb prince,to the Li Chen Yin who needed to constantly hide his love for Xiao Feng to keep her safe, to finally the psycho controlling Li Chen Yin. The actress who plays Xiao Feng is talented as well. Even her acting improves so much throughout the drama that the differences can be seen as you watch. She really portrays hurt and absolute despair sooo well. The love is so painful and this drama is the only drama where the ending hurts like hell but it's still the best ending possible. Worth a watch and repeated re-watches 10/10.
