Really enjoyed watching this series, I'm so glad Channel 4 UK brought this over for their "Walter Presents" strand. Really great drama, it absolutely made have me cross my fingers or even bite my nails each time Chrissi & Marlene kept going over the border and hoping they didn't get caught. Gripping drama, absolutely worthwhile watching. I decided to watch after watching the other great production "Preis Der Freheit" (I hope I got that right?!) Over here Channel 4 just called it "Berlin Wall" 👍

If this mini-drama series doesn't win a BOAT load of Emmy's and/or Golden Globes, you might as well stop making drama productions for the TV and/or streaming because it was brilliant!! It had me willing the family depicted on and shouting at the TV in respects to their enemies! It was fantastic to see how their family soldiered on with all the horrors that faced them! I would happily watch this series again and again!!
