This one is a no from me. This was the book I was most excited for in this series and it is unfortunately the one I liked the least this far in the series. I expected more character growth in Alessandra and Dominic’s relationship and I felt that it was lacking in the growth that I wanted to see. By the end I really just felt like “What was the point in any of this?” I also struggled to stay focused. The book lost my attention and focus so many times and that’s a new one for me when it comes to Huangs books because normally I can’t put them down. Either way, I’m excited to read the next one and maybe one day I’ll give this one a second chance and feel differently about it. That’s the great thing about reading a book more than once, my opinion can always change.

I can’t even put into words how much I loved this one. Kai and Isa are everything I dreamed they would be and more. Their story was full of so much passion and drama and I loved every last bit of it. Very well written and I loved how everything concluded at the end. Cannot wait to read the next one!

I absolutely loved this one. After reading Misfit I went straight into reading this one and I could not put it down. There is so much tension between the characters throughout this book and the bouncing between each characters perspective really gave me insight into how every character felt about the conflicts. Reading about the mystery of prom night and seeing how Casey was impacted by this night really pulled at my heartstrings. This book was not as spicy as I thought it would be (in comparison to the other books I have read by Elle Kennedy) but I can’t even complain because the book was so well written as it that I don’t feel like it would have fit great into this story anyways. Highly recommend this one and cannot wait to continue this series when we hear word of a 3rd book!

Yes, yes, yes! Once again Elle Kennedy was able to create yet another one of my favorite books. Bouncing back and forth between so many different POVs could not have been an easy task but it was done so well throughout this book. The character growth, the relationship between Sloane and RJ, the mystery of prom night, and so much more made this book absolutely amazing in my eyes. The “rich kid problems” are not something I would understand under normal circumstances but through Kennedys writing I felt like I could relate to every characters problems and feelings on their lives, relationships, and so much more. Definitely recommend this one!

While I did enjoy this book I felt that it wasn’t as great as some of my other reads so far this year. I admit that my expectations going into this were rather high after reading the Twisted Series but the plot of this book seemed a little rushed and for lack of a better word bland in comparison to my other reads throughout the year. I was expecting and hoping for more character development in this and I feel that wasn’t reached by the end of the book. Either way, still glad I read it and am excited to start the next one, King of Pride!

This book was not the vibe after reading the Dreamland Billionaire trilogy. After that trilogy my expectations for the Dirty Air series were boosted so high only to come crashing down. Maya and Noah lack so much chemistry that it made some parts of the book physically painful to read. They appear to have a purely physical attraction which was disappointing because I like the cutesy relationship stuff to go with my smut. The plot seems to lean more towards the F1 industry with some spice splashed on top rather than seeing any character growth or development to their relationship. Overall, I was rather disappointed with this read and am having troubles deciding if I should try the next book in the series or not.

I am obsessed with this book! So far this was my top read of 2024 and I love Gigi as a character so much. The challenges she faces throughout the book truly pulled at my heart strings and seeing Ryder have some character growth had the same impact. This book had a comfortable amount of spice and so many chapters had me laughing out loud like a mad woman. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this book! Behind The Net was a compelling read with the perfect amount of spice. Jamie and Pippa are so flirtatiously cute and the struggles they face throughout the book are so relatable. This book had me giggling and kicking my feet for sure. Zero complaints here! I look forward to reading more of Stephanie Archers works.
