Great book! Some give this one star; I wonder if they understand the life the boy lived. I do. I had an opportunity to visit my grandfather during the summers when I was young. I hunted with him and his friends, and it was like stepping back into another time. I have never felt so free in my life as I did then as a child. Sad as it is, it brings back fond memories when I was a child.
