Corrupt is an understatement.. When I called to book the movers/ inquire on their fees I was told that the moving charge was $139.0
While they did tell me there was a mileage fee they didn't disclose the amount.. a whopping 14% of your overall bill. They charges us $111.0 to travel 24 miles... double the national average for gasoline. In addition, the dropped our refrigerator.. three young men that I payed an absolute premium for didn't strap a 300lb appliance to a dolly.. their customer claims department isn't open over the weekend, so I was assured that they would " take care of us". Evidently All my Sons thinks that reimbursing their customers refrigerator for $150.0 is customer care. When I called the claims department back to inquire on the lack of customer care I was transferred to several different managers, none of which were able to help me, and none of which returned my phone call. Then I moved to operations.. thinking surely they would do the right thing and refund us some of our money back. Nope.. they " don't do refunds". Not to mention there is a labor fee on top of the $139.0 you are paying hourly...that is not mentioned at the time of booking. One would assume that the labor fee is incorporated with your hourly fee..I gave these guys almost a week to do the right thing, and they continued to disappoint. I would recommend going with any other moving company. Moving is stressful enough.. customers shouldn't have to deal with a corrupt moving company that exploits their customers.
