Although I’m a huge sports movie fan and lifelong fan of the Rocky/Creed series, Creed 3 has some significant issues. The film expects you to completely ignore the poor casting choice of Felix (supposed to be a dominant heavyweight champ, but the actor was a middleweight at best), the illogical training choices, and Dame’s sudden turn to dirty fighting tactics. Boxing fans like myself would like to see a stylistic return to the realism of the first Creed film.
