I truly am mourning the end of this fantastic series. I am not as eloquent with my words as the other reviewers, but I too found comfort in how relatable the characters and situations are. Sam may be fictional, but for those of you who may not know, it is loosely based on her own life raising her own three daughters. May sound corny, but I strive to be the mom and friend Sam/Pamala is.
