Where is Barbara Walters??? I LOVE Meghan McCain. But I feel her personal feelings have hindered her views of politics. I understand her being very hurt by President Trump's comments, but how can you discard how well the country is doing?? If you are a true Republican, isn't he representing what the Party is about? Less government, less government spending so that we, as citizens, can make our OWN CHOICES, for spending or anything? I DO NOT want MORE government telling me that I CAN'T drink a Big Gulp! Granted, Trump is like a bull in a china shop, but if you realize that a lot of what he says is hyperbole! If you get past this, you realize that he's trying to lighten the moment, & make a deal! It's part of his schtick!! His marketing technique. I KNOW & understand this because I am a small business owner (I own a hospice company that takes care of dying patients), and I assure you, I was taxed to death by the Obama policies! Very unfair! Especially those related to the ACA & insurance. These HURT MY EMPLOYEES more than helped. I am a 63 yr old white woman, married for 40 years, from Pontotoc, Mississippi with 2 degrees in Political Science & a CPA. I worked for the MS Legislative Budget Office in appropriations for 11 years as a Sr Budget Analyst, so I know politics very well. I am very proud of all my accomplishments in my life. I am also NO RACIST, nor a DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN. I am NO HICK OR DEPLORABLE! I have MANY friends of every race, sexual orientation and gender. Which brings me to the insanity that I have seen from Whoopi, ESPECIALLY JOY BEHAR, Sunny Hustin, Abby Huntsman & Meghan in the last 3 years!! I used to be proud that Whoopi replaced the nut-job Rosie O'Donnell. I believed then that some Common Sense had finally come to the show,besides Barbara Walters. But Whoopi has changed! I no longer value her point of view. Because if you are not black, you are a racist! This show was watched by almost ALL WOMEN in this country at one time. But Whoopi, Joy and Sunny are so INTOLERANT of any one that isn't African American or agree with them, it's INSANE! Have you seriously listened to yourselves lately? You sound CRAZY!! One of the greatest things about this country is the ability to live with all races, ethnicities, etc. TOLERANCE!! LOVE THY NEIGHBOR!! What happened to that?? So why am I writing?? To complain about today's show. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASED FOR ANYONE AS ALAN DERSHOWITZ!! You ask him on the show, to do what?? Call him out? Use him as a punching bag? Are your ratings worth it??? Do you SERIOUSLY not know that you are being used to put forth a political agenda?? No one is fooled!! Whoopi asked a question, then talks all over him! Sunny makes the most OUTLANDISH comments! AND SHE'S AN ATTORNEY??? She should be disbarred!! Sunny!! The GAO is NOT INDEPENDENT!! IT'S A FEDERAL AGENCY!! And they did NOT say what you said!! LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!! Who is writing this stuff for you guys, anyway? George Stephanopoulos?? Believe me, I know him too well!! Politically. I worked with Ray Mabus BEFORE he was governor, BEFORE he was a flunky for Obama) Ray & Bill Clinton were BIG BUDDIES when Ray worked with me under Governor William Winter in MS!! I don't know what to make of you guys!! I can hardly wait until they take you off the air!! You DISGRACE all of us INDEPENDENT, & INDEPENDENT THINKING WOMEN!!
