If I were to come this movie to the original, it would get a three. This movie on its own gets a four. It was good however it was missing the elements that helped us get to know the characters. I appreciate that the movie was shorter, but I feel like key factors were missing that attached me to the story line. I miss “you show is ugly” and you air my Mama and why was Mister at a picnic with everyone? I hated that change. I think Shuf storming into the church with the party people while singing was a pivotal moment that was missed! The show was good but the original was far better!

I loved this movie! Hilarious escape film. This rendition did not disappoint. I laughed through the entire film. If you aren’t too serious minded you will enjoy it too. It is chalk full of star cameos from the prequel, but the movie stands on its own. I have watched it twice and would watch it again. I really enjoyed the costumes and dancing! It is a must see.
