Very predictable. The only unpredictable part was Reese having a fling in NYC. I was kind of hoping that would be the switcheroo, and be the surprise, that she actually finds love and a career in NYC and doesn't go back to CA. And the kid who was a really good actor, finds happiness in NYC too.
Ashton looked a bit weird. Thin and of course older. But he wasn't the charming goofball that he usually is and made him lovable. I think he looked tired and bored and just going through the motions.
