Kannur Squad is undoubtedly one of the best Police based movies coming from Kerala. Most recently we were entertained by a wonderful Iratta and a masterful Nayattu. This one is up there too. What a wonderful time to watch Malayalam Films! Kudos!

I can't fathom as to why on earth this movie landed at the finale for the Oscar and Golden Globe's nomination's list. The movie is absolute rubbish. I can sit here and name 10 or more classic Indian movies in the space of a minute that should have been nominated over the years. RRR is nothing but a Masala movie as we would say it in India. Do watch at your own risk.
