I love this drama, the storyline which although very common in the king’s court, is still a very interesting drama that captivated me too! It’s because of the main leads, popular & both good looking with good experienced acting, especially the male lead. I like his acting here compared to his previous drama. Good happy ending which made me happy.

I disagree with the low rating. This drama is about love no matter who you are, friendship & loyalty. I was entertained with first few episodes due to the comedy scenes & was saddened as the drama progressed to the sad ending. I even cried due to the sacrifice of the male lead. The small scene of him appearing at the end is a cliffhanger for us to decide if that’s only In Hae’s imagination or a man looking like him. This drama needs a season 2 but from I’ve read, there’s no plan of doing so, maybe because of its low rating.

I really enjoyed this drama! A typical love story with a happy ending that’s pure fantasy! I don’t mind as long as it entertains me & don’t make me sad! Love both the ML & FL! Perfect couple as main leads. Very important as well as how the drama was written & portrayed. Few politics which make a drama boring if done on 24-40 episodes with lots of politics that dominate the drama rather than the story of the 2 main leads.

It was initially boring for me because of the politics in the court. I continued watching this because of the casts especially the ML & the FL who are both popular & good actors. I’m glad I finished it till the end since it became very interesting especially how the 2 leads fell in love with each other, which I’m very pleased. Good acting of all supporting casts. I’m glad the villain is not one of the supporting male leads who love Bai Lu too! In the end they all were friends! Perfect happy ending with so much more happy scenes, not just getting back together with a kiss!

Love this drama since the beginning. Love the story & the casts. Very inspiring for those who’s aspiring to become popular & succeed in life. Good acting especially by the female lead!

What a beautiful story of love, friendship, loyalty, kindness, sacrifice, ambition, treachery! I enjoyed watching this drama complete with a beautiful storyline, actors & actresses with good acting & presentation of yummy dishes with their origins. This is also a different one about kings & queens which I find interesting. Not much bickering among the ministers when you find the antagonist manipulating the king’s decision. The drama is not always centered in the court in front of the king which is annoying to me especially if the king doesn’t have the last say all the time. My favorite actor, Zu KI is the lead character which is very well suited for being so handsome, which is pleasing to look at, tall & a good actor. I really couldn’t stop watching this once I started it. If only I could finish it in one day, I would do it, but impossible since we need our precious sleep!

I like it with the twists & turns of going back & forth from 1998 & 2023. The sad event of what happened in 2023 when Siheon died is heartbreaking. The last episode when they met again in 2011 is what the story is moving forward to make a happy ending since all the events of 1993 & 2023 were all erased. Just wished there are more episodes in 2011 showing the real story of both leads & not a fantasy of time travel to make up for the 13 years before they met. This drama is very intriguing since from the start it was a sad story & I was expecting a sad ending which happened in 2023, but the writers made it to a happy ending but very short & confusing to some.

Although I enjoyed this drama, I still don’t like the ending even if he appeared in front of her as he promised when the flower blooms. He still died & they’re not together physically. It’s still a sad sacrificial ending, after all the tragedies they’ve gone through. The rating did not do justice, maybe because of the ending.

I like the storyline of this drama. There’s mystery & romance which are my favorite genres. Love the 2 main leads since I’ve watched several of their dramas.

I agree that it’s a frustrating story. Is it really a story that can happen in life? If yes, why would some people feel so inferior to make a decision to a sad life of unhappiness instead of trying to move forward to a happy future. Very coward & stupid way of starting a relationship to someone you love. Although the ending seems to be a start of a new relationship, hopefully a good one, it’s still to our imagination if they will end up with each other. I don’t like this kind of drama. It’s not a relatable story with majority of people starting a relationship.
