I'm increasingly concerned that Newshour is becoming a hen coop. And I've been a feminist for 55 years. The anchor, leading political commentators and reporters (Desjardins, Alcindor, etc. etc.) are all female. There's very little balance, few male voices except for Brooks and Shields. Ray Suarez is long gone. Hari Srinavasan is no longer a regular presence. As we enter a vital election cycle, this imbalance is likely turning off prospective voters and leaving the Newshour preaching to the choir.
