As a teenage girl, this movie altered my brain chemistry, i can barley express how much i love this movie. The music in the movie is great as well, i admire the usage of The Smiths songs since my dad and i love them. If i could describe The Perks of Being a Wallflower as one song it would be Half a Person by the Smiths, it’s bittersweet, warm, sad, truthful, and a work of art (the movie i mean). It shows true and raw emotions with no sugar coating. This movie genuinely made me ugly cry fr. Not gonna lie i wish i read the book first tho. So what I’m tryna say is that i went into watching this movie because of Logan Lerman (😍) and stayed for the story and the characters. I found myself relating to Charlie and many other characters, the story is beautifully written and portrayed by the wonderful actors like Ezra Miller and Emma Watson. At times i found myself wanting to reach through the screen and hug the characters, that’s how real the story felt. “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” may sound like an unusual title but in reality, the title provides a great glimpse into what the movie is about. “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” is amazing…wow…
