You could replace A.I. with basically any sci-fi thing and it would make 0 difference to the plot. A little enraging how little the movie explained its world building and how much things contradict themselves. Not to mention the fact that A.I. aren’t A.I. at all, which could be a point if the thing called Alphie didn’t exist.
