Warning these might be potential small spoilers! First of all, this is a really well written book, Melissa De La Cruz is the perfect person to write these Isle books, one part which really excited me was that the Under the Sea short film was written into this book now it's alot easier to understand the shortfilm as we know learn why how and what she was doing in the isle at night time with no explanation and also it shows how she lost the bangs and the more pinkish-purple hair for the gorgeous flowy cool-purple locks, this book makes descendants 3 alot more understandable (not that it wasn't already) seeing Hades make his appearence was almost as cool as his blue mohawk, if you are a descendangts fan DEFINETELY read the isle of the lost series as it truly expands the lore by a wide margin
