NTR acting is like he has entirely carried the move on his shoulders ..worth a watch just to see him in the character of Devara. First half is excellent and second half is average, could have been trimmed. Ending is ok but did not meet the Bahubali or Kalki like climax. Cinematography and Music synced very well with the theme of the movie. Hope part 2 comes soon and be better than part 1 as expectations will be even higher.

First of its kind sci-fi and Indian mythological blend full on action and entertainment. 600 cr budget is well spent in carving this epic. Surely its like Marvel kind of Kalki Cinematic Universe. Salute to Vyjayanthi Movies and Nag Ashwin the Director. After SS Rajamouli, Nag Ashwin has taken name and fame of Telugu film industry to another level up with Kalki 2898AD. Top notch visuals, excellent story and narration. After a very long time whole family and all generations in the family can enjoy watching a film in a theatre. #KALKI2898AD

This is an Epic. Story Screenplay Acting Visuals Songs BGM and Direction...everything engaging throughout and smoothly blended Love and War drama. Hanu, you have made a classic to remember for a long time. Pat on your back. Aswini Dutt garu hats off for pulling a stellar star cast and such grandeur of production for a love story not seen in recent times. As always you are the star producer of tollywood. So proud of you and your team believing and making a movie like this in present times It's been ages watching a love story laced with a war backdrop...since Maniratnam's Roja. Sita Ramam is a very beautiful movie. Go watch it.

Must watch for its unique way of screen play, direction, comedy, characters and how the director dealt a simple love story and family issues in a funny manner. Nani and Harshavardhan combination scenes are hilarious. From pre interal to climax movie is excellent, first half could have been trimmed a bit. Vivek Athreya is here to stay, carved his own style and very good to see Telugu films are also coming up with different jenres and taking styles continuously. After recent releases RRR, KGF2, SVP, F3, Vikram, and MAJOR succeeded in entertaining us in their own ways, this one will be in my memory as well for some time. Well done to entire #antesundaraniki team. Waiting to see #Virataparvam next.

Watched twice, second time enjoyed the most. First time review: Screen play and background score are unique and entertaining. fights and action episodes are engaging with lot of variety , taking on par with any Hollywood action movie. Movie format is Hollywood style with lot of twists and turns. Songs are breakers, watchable on their own but not along with flow of the movie. People will enjoy Bad Boy song. Overall Prabhas pulled it off on his own. First half below average taking off slowly with a nice twist, second half mind blowing action episodes with more twists..climax connects all dots. Recommended to watch only on big size screens with quality sound system. I am going again to IMAX. Enjoy folks worth it and watch for action thrills. After seeing second time in IMAX format: I thought it was brilliant screen play, superb bgm but old story. Best part of the movie is climax multiple scenes converging to reveal Prabhas as heir to all of the characters in the movie was too good and first time on Indian screen. There are no wasted scenes much, except couple of songs. Most of the action stunts are real with very less vfx used like fire and blasts only. IMAX format is superb to watch the action scenes and sound effects. I could feel every sound detail like choppers, jet and truck sounds.. no wonder this is where budget is spent well. Prabhas make up was not at all good in first half. He looked well in some shots and second half. Performance was really good, He has mislead everyone in the movie as well as Audience too 😀. Hope Audience will realise that all that too much negative talk is misleading too.
