It’s unfortunate that JK Rowling’s controversial opinions have overshadowed the release of this game. Like many others, I was hesistant to buy the game. After playing it myself I can honestly say it’s worth the money. It’s not the best game ever. The graphics are bit dated and there are design errors. But overall the map and story are what any Harry Potter fan would want. Exploration, magic, and customization. IMO, I think each person should decide for themselves whether or not they play this game. Otherwise you risk losing out on something worthwhile. This whole controversy is very similar to the issue people have with Chick-fil-A. And they haven’t been successfully cancelled yet. Boycotting this game doesn’t solve anything for trans people. Donate to their charities instead. TL;DR: The game is worth the money. Try it for yourself. Ignore the naysayers.
