This movie cinematically is different and if you can't get into different cinematic things then this is not for you. The characters and the story dive into mental health, cultural differences, friendship, and love in a very slice of life fashion. The film does a great job of not putting people who have gone through similar trauma in the exact experience again but instead navigates the emotional aspect of what those experiences hold. I've never seen a movie shot like this but I believe creatively the team molded an absolutely human and adorable story with a simple design. It's different and makes you feel good in the end. Couldn't ask for more.

I'm not going to get all deep in my review. It's a movie about addiction, about the lies that get told, the people that get hurt, and seeing the signs that may or may not get you out. It does it with enough to make the movie interesting and, although slow, still entertaining. Great performances, well shot.
