EA does not care about their customers, they just want to suck you in to their pay to play modes. Game is flawed on so many levels but two biggest areas of concern
1. Money grab of a game - you can clearly tell EA is making constant tweaks to further incentivize players to pay for in game currency.
2. consistent mistakes/glitches/bugs whenever new in game content is released, mixed with poor communication.
