Never heard of this movie before. It showed on my Vizio as recommended. When the movie started, I was excited about the cast. I wished the writers could have done more research about family dynamics, real people, and the Hispanic culture. The birth mother is forcing a family to pretend something they are not? Really? Come on... I wished the producers had chosen a Hispanic actor instead of a British actor. But Barnes did a good job speaking Spanish. I watched the movie until the end because it was good enough while I was doing the laundry. I watched The Wedding Crashes a 1000 times. Would I watch The Big Wedding a second time, probably not.
