About 60 years ago I watched the film "Gaslight" and later the stage play, which gave us the term "gaslghting". About halfway into Episode 1 I told my wife that Angela was being gaslighted. This is so predictable as to be laughable. Is Joanne Froggatt so desperate for work that she accepts this rubbish. Or did the producers realise they needed at least one actor in the cast to keep it from sinking utterly.
