The TV show is fabulous very informative and love the different companies demonstrating there products. I have ordered thousands and have just paid membership for this second year. HOWEVER ! Never had to deal with their customer service department before over the last 6 weeks I have corresponded with them over a die that broke after 3 uses. First being by email several times and three phone calls. One rude customer service adviser who didn't listen to my issue and carried on talking over me about delivery ! 😒 received an email to say die is on the way only the wrong die !!!@@@@@ Another was an order not received and another call about the wrong product being delivered. Very disappointed as I do not wish to order until all problems are sorted. Shame such a good TV selling site has such poor customer services 😢
