This show is a very good way of explaining the problems with grocery stores and a lot of eating habits that humans have it's a good way of making people want to experiment with their diet and this show doesn't promote vegan nor promotes eating meats these people who are giving 1-star reviews did not finish the show and it shows when people are given suggestions on what to eat its a suggestion later on they do suggest eating meant they are not forcing you to eat veggies they are just only talking about the dark side of the grocery stores if you dont want to change your diet then dont but dont be in the detail of actually facts and research behind it watch the show fully then you will understand.
