This show looks has great animation, great family values, and a great ongoing story about the effects of war, discrimination, and prejudice.
The action is so creative, and it's really nice that it is inclusive so that kids can learn about themselves and others through the characters on the screen! Nightshade goes by they/them pronouns and it isn't treated as weird or unnatural in the slightest, this is great because non-binary people can have someone to relate to and children can properly learn about identity in a healthy manner.
Other reviews will say that inclusivity is indoctrination or a conspiracy designed to ensnare kids but that isn't true at all. Children will only learn that people like you or me have their own identities and that they should be respectful of other people's differences so that the future generation isn't so focused on hating each other. It isn't a tragedy to teach children to respect others nor is it a crime to be free to choose who you want to be.
I highly recommend this show for its amazing action, for the sheer heart and passion that can clearly be seen in every scene, and for how well it educates viewers on difficult subjects.
