I haven’t read the book, didn’t even know about, so I came at this show with no bias. I’ve watched 3 episodes and won’t continue. Not only is the music bad, I mean c’mon isn’t this a story about one of the greatest “fictional” bands of the 70s, but Daisy’s singing is mediocre at best and definitely not reflective of the female vocalists style from the 70s at all. The character development is lacking as well. I actually think the most interesting characters are the other band members. The show is a waste of time not a hit.
