Sometimes the writing makes no sense. But I watch anyway. Love my superhero universes.

I would say this checks all the boxes as a bad movie. The thing is I needed the simplicity of it all and was satisfied. Simple movie night at the end of a long week. Save this flick.

It was ok. I feel like the peripheral characters were rehashed.

Brutal about sums it up. I jokingly call these types of flicks "portals to hell". Judged against itself, this movie is on point in it's genre, done well. Definitely a movie I could've missed and not lost any sleep...which I did after seeing this movie.

Good Movie. I was very receptive to this flick having just completed the Space series Away. Smartly done, no b.s. or sexual tension.quick and to the point with characters fleshed out "just enough" to make one care. Perhaps because of limited budget, director was very efficient. I would recommend this movie.

My wife and I loved it very much...we are not just a pair of sentimental old softies either. We have eclectic tastes and enjoy a wide variety of film and television . Highly recommended.

I read the book and saw the original animated movie. I am a fan of the netflix series but I thought the original film was more touching.
