Very upsetting how corrupt the government can be. But as long as politicians need money to run campaigns the contributors will expect the same politicians to repay them in kind. A profession as old as prostitution.

Monkey House is a comedy, but then again it was I felt a dark humor. The people that the author writes about had committed terrible crimes. Mr. Griffith seems to find a "Far Side" sense of humor in describing the day to day life at a federal medical facility that he and other high profile criminals shared. Bernie Madoff, Jonathan Pollard, Carimine Persico, Nicky Scarfo, and a host of others. I found it fascinating how these people live in what the author describes as the MONKEY HOUSE.

It was upsetting. It is a bit technical but the overwhelming evidence proves the validity of the book. I couldn't put it down.

Incredible that a writer live for seven years with Madoff and was able to write about it.

It was funnier than Forest Gump. The author makes fun of everyone, but in a good way. Nothing mean in this comedy that takes place in San Francisco's Tenderloin District. I died laughing all the way through.

It was great and captured Portland and the Northwest perfectly.

It really took me back to that time. Wonderful.

I loved it. It took me back...wow!
