Ok so as someone who doesn’t know as much about the other movies this review might be not be for everyone but hear me out. Spoilers This movie it’s disappointing. From the beginning of the movie you are presented with some questions like, how are dinosaurs going to affect our ecosystem?, how will people react to this? And how will all of us be affected by this? But by the end of the movie they don’t get answer in a satisfactory way. The movie focuses to much on the girl, like you go to see dinosaurs and they are just there as props and not something that you can use to make the story even more interesting. The scientific inaccuracies are annoying to the people that know but it’s not much of a problem except for an specific part. When they are in Malta, there’s this really cool scene with dinosaurs chasing the protagonists. But the dinosaurs running at human average speed when chasing the women but when the women get in the car the dinosaurs run as fast as a car. And even when they are chasing the guy, the dinosaurs run as fast as a motorcycle. You don’t have to be an expert to notice the inconsistencies. Im no expert in dinosaurs but those dinosaurs run as fast as a horse even faster. So why do they not catch the woman. Because it’s not convenient for the plot. There are even more parts with this issues. I get that if they went all scientific they wouldn’t have a general public but come on. As someone who hasn’t watch the other movies this doesn’t make me want to watch them. It just tells me that there are a lot of inconsistencies for the sake of plot.
