I’m a fan of Ryan Gosling and his work. And I had been looking forward to watching this film. But I found it boring and annoying. I managed 30 minutes before I bailed out. Not for me.

I loved this road trip documentary. It was heart-warming, moving, emotional, surprising, very funny and a testament to friendship. Not to mention the lovely scenery. I have always thought that Will Ferrell was one of the good guys. And this film proved that I was correct. I recommend that you watch it.

I loved this film. Great performances from the lead actors especially Andrew Scott. The story was interesting and unfolded in a gentle way. Short but sweet. I am a sucker for a lilting Irish accent.

I stuck with this, but it just didn’t improve. The majority of the problem was the total lack of chemistry between the two leads. And Alice was manipulative and Jack was weak. There was nothing to keep them coming back to each other. Such a disappointment and a waste of my time.

Colourful, funny, witty, stylish, but too long. Several great performances including Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling and an excellent supporting cast. It works for adults and children and there were several laugh-out-loud moments for me. But ultimately it was a bit disappointing even though I love Gerwig and Baumbach’s work.

Daniel Levy was the best thing about this film. Also the London and Paris locations. The Ruth Negga character was very annoying. Everyone was whiny and self absorbed. It was a disappointing film.
