If this documentary does not cause you to be filled with a profound respect for what those in uniform must endure for our relative peace then you need to re-evaluate why you are able to freely enjoy your current liberties without fear of death.
Of all the emotional charged scenes near the end of this film, it was the CSM's moment at the end that probably broke me.
To a see a man who's role is to look after and maintain the well-being of his personnel and know that he still lost people - his people - the level of grief and tears that he shed at the moment was like that of a father losing a child.
Truly, this film deserved all the praise it garnered when it was released for all to see.
