-Zero Spoilers- Why take 90 minutes to tell a tight compact story when you can use 165 minutes to meander from one failed attempt at subtlety to blatant slap to the face signaling of this is important to society moments. There are more than one or two stories trying to be told with more than one or two voices trying to tell the story. Disconnected. The pacing of this movie was like watching someone trying to drive a manual vehicle for the first time and not understanding how a clutch works.

I tried to watch it three times and I fell asleep three times. You know everything about the movie in the first 10 minutes and then you have to wait, and wait, and wait some more. The political commentary is so on the nose it comes across as a slap to the face. Yes, Pedro. Capitalism, bad! Yes, Patty. Orange man bad! Hardly original thoughts or additions to the current dialogue. Another multi-million dollar waste that could of funded an Omnibus gender study. All that being said, it was still better then Fox’s New Mutants.
