I am disappointed, i hate movies that u know from the beginning they r gonna be complex and have like 5 plot twists and then not get a single explanation at the end or throughout the plot line. And it’s always the same thing... “An American couple goes to a foreign island for vacation but dont know the horrors they’re about to encounter” literally the most basic and over rated slogan for suspenseful and weird movies like this one, the whole time I was watching this I felt like i was watching 3 other movies that i’ve seen before but in 1 movie. It was just too much and a lot at the same time, and that doesnt get you good reviews. Yes complex movies with a twist in their storyline is amazing and shocking but u also gotta make it “simple” in a way that the viewer understands why they had to go through almost an hour of confusion, so the final result is worth it. But u cant sit people through an hour and a half of crazyness and confusion so at the end it leaves people confused and going to google for answers.
