*this is not a review of the audio version but a review of my experience actually reading the book. This book is NOTHING like my traditional reads BUT it was a recommendation and has been on my to read list for some time now. I finally thought okay let's give it a whirl... Well it was INCREDIBLE! From start to finish it had me wanting more but not at the same time it was a delicate dance of needing to know but also not wanting to know. I will say I cried my eyes out multiple times but absolutely sobs at the end for a multitude of reasons. I strongly encourage everyone to give this book a whirl ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oh and it is based on true events! Which is disturbing.
