I wasn’t sure what to expect from the movie. I found the unreliable viewpoint an interesting choice. The thin, sparkly ice over a deep issue. I do wish the movie had taken us on the plunge at least once instead of showing a few cracks. I think I would have liked it better as a miniseries where we saw behind the facade a bit more. The central romance was believable.
