“Kingdom of the planet of the apes” Overall it’s what I expected it to be, after the death of Caesar of course the story line would be a little lost. The graphics was amazing, story line was decent it took about 1/4 into the movie to catch the plot which was abit disappointing but once caught on it was enjoyable, I wish there was more world building and expansion of the “kingdom” of the apes and more clans. That’s where it lacked. We’re set generations after Caesar I just wish they showed more on how apes have inhabited the world. I don’t mean driving around and ordering Starbucks. It just lacked that density of the power of the apes that Caesars clan had. The ending was semi exciting, opening up for the potential to a trilogy. Let’s hope Wes ball has more in store for us showing us “apes together strong”. Overall I’m excited to see where this goes.
