Aside from the final chapters of the book, there is little of any interest in this diary. Whilst the book is not badly written, it lacks very much in the way of insight. Where the author is able to be more credible is when she writes about Meghan's treatment of her father which I personally believe cannot be justified in any way. There is no reason why sisters especially half sisters should get on with each other and I sometimes found Samantha's supposed love for her sister to ring a little hollow. Whatever else though, she is clearly close to her father and her description of Meghan's changing attitude towards her father as Meghan
once again grabs the limelight suggests that she is far from the angelic humanitarian she pretends to be.
