Great and necessary topic with a dominant female lead. Veronica is tough, smart and has her heart in the right place. I love it and i've been mesmerized from the first episode. Thank you for this series. I've just finished it and think this is one of the best things I've ever seen. I was terrified. I felt hopeless. I had no idea how Veronica would work her way out of this. There is definitely a surprise ending. I won't give it away. My only caution is that I don't like revenge. It definitely feels like revenge. This is really well done but don't watch if you have a weak stomach. Great acting and its being dubbed in English doesn't hurt it at all. I kept pointing out to myself how good the acting was. I guess this is San Paulo. Is it really so tough in Sao Paulo? Where was it filmed? I'll have to look it up.
