I just wanted to say that I thought the information on e-bikes today was misleading. Pedal assist e-bikes without a throttle must be pedaled or you will go nowhere. I think they should have actually researched e-bikes before making comments. The Ebike that the doctor probably rode was probably a fat tire with a throttle which is more like a moped. There are different classes of ebikes class 1,2, and 3. Some trails do not allow e-bikes with throttles that go over 20 mph. Mine is a Class 1, no throttle all pedaled by me. The difference between my Class 1 and a regular bike is the different pedal assists make it easier to pedal the bike compared to a regular bike.
