Love the plot, but it took a bit of time in the movie to understand it and put the story together. Bottom line, I really liked this Sci-phi actin Thriller. Russian movie dubbed in English but all English signage in the film with iconic American Architecture, funny. Its a bit of Inception in its surrealism, Avatar in Dystopian landscape plus Mad Max-like with the battle scenes. The man character is placed in a COMA from a tragic accident when his architecture project is too good to be true, he awakens in this other world with other COMA people and of course the dead zombies that chase them. They are trying to get out this experiment; the master mind of a cult religion. Its good. A wonderful evil master is in the plot jumping between the two worlds. Real and COMA.
