I had high hopes for this movie however I found it very underwhelming. The soundtrack, design, and acting were all well done but the story itself lacked any detail or elaboration. The beginning of the film was very intriguing and caught my interest but as the story went on it fell very flat. I found the creatures presence to be less and less interesting or thrilling and it just became irritating with its constants screams. It was just repeated over and over that the creature must breed but to what end? They don't have to directly lay out what the creature is but at least provide more description. The story lacked any real direction and the antagonists motive was boring and poorly written. The story felt like it was set out to discover something but nothing was ever really answered nor was there anything to be taken away from its ending.
