It's made to shock but to the extent it stops making sense any more. Imagine how can anyone peel off his own back skin, make wings out it and hang himself up in the air???? Imagine how can anyone have his legs cut off and still stay conscious to have a conversation at the dinner table??? Imagine how can anyone kill a judge and have him on display in a courthouse without being caught? Imagine anyone who understands the danger this man poses and wants to spend time with him??? Imagine how can anyone slice a human body, have the time to put her in glass panels overnight and appears the next day fully awake? Imagine someone sees patients, swims, composes music, and cooks a big meal everyday and has the time to go about killing people? Imagine with tens of thousands psychiatrists available, these people have to go to a killer for counseling??? Imagine with so many dead bodies found, the FBI hesitates to go after him???
