Im 13 years i got this for my birthday And this really teached me a lot to be self aware and also growing up is a normal thing... It teached me to not to be insecured because this is a normal process And again it teaches what is periods and how to handle it everything you doubt is cleared when i read this book I really recommend this 👌🥰
